Personal Accountability
Recognizing that I benefit from every possible privilege within our society being a white, Christian, heterosexual, Ivy League educated, middle-class American male the work within the world of educational advocacy for equity 50% of my income after taxes from keynotes, fireside chats, and seminar facilitation is donated to non-profit organizations working to create greater equity. Within my realm, resources & personal platforms I will work to amplify the voices of marginalized advocates working for justice and those persecuted by the systems of oppression that our society operate with on a continuous basis.
